Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rdgtl.com and your engagement with R-DGTL, a solar performance marketing agency based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

R-DGTL provides performance marketing services exclusively for the solar and renewable energy industry. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Solar lead generation
  • SEO for solar companies
  • Social media marketing
  • Branding
  • Website development
  • BESS (battery energy storage) marketing

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope of work are defined in individual client proposals or service agreements. These Terms apply in addition to any terms set out in your proposal.

Client Obligations

When engaging R-DGTL, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business, goals, and requirements
  • Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and assets in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to the terms agreed in your proposal or invoice
  • Ensure you have the rights to any materials, logos, or content you provide to us
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines and deliverables. R-DGTL is not responsible for delays caused by late client responses.

Payment Terms

Fees for our services are set out in individual client proposals and invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Engagements operate on a month-to-month basis — no long-term contracts are required
  • Payment is due as per the schedule specified in your proposal or invoice
  • Services may be paused or suspended if payment is overdue beyond the agreed grace period
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

We will communicate any changes to pricing or payment terms in advance of your next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a project or deliverable, ownership of the work produced specifically for you (such as ad creatives, website copy, designs, and campaign assets) transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

R-DGTL retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion. We will not disclose confidential business information without your consent.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary processes used by R-DGTL remain our intellectual property.

Results Disclaimer

Marketing performance depends on multiple factors including market conditions, competition, ad platform policies, your offer, sales process, and budget. While R-DGTL applies industry best practices built from years of solar-specific experience, we do not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, revenue, or return on investment (ROI).

We commit to transparent reporting, honest communication, and best-practice execution of agreed strategies. Past results for other clients do not guarantee similar outcomes for your business.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, R-DGTL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to R-DGTL in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement by providing thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. Notice may be sent via email to info@rdgtl.com.

Upon termination:

  • You remain responsible for fees owed for work completed up to the termination date
  • R-DGTL will deliver any completed work and provide a final report for the engagement period
  • Access to active campaigns and accounts managed by R-DGTL will be transitioned as agreed

R-DGTL reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct that makes continued engagement impractical.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
